What

What is a GTM orchestrator?

A go-to-market orchestrator coordinates the tools and steps of awareness, consideration, and engagement into one supervised process. It does not replace your CRM or mailer by default — it sits above them, drafts the work, and waits for a human before anything reaches a buyer.

Orchestrator vs point tool vs autonomous agent

Point tool

Owns one job well. You become the integration — copying text, status, and context between tabs.

Autonomous agent

Acts without a gate. Speed is the pitch; reputation risk is the cost.

Orchestrator (Rufus)

Runs the work end to end with an approval gate on every outbound touch. Leverage without silent autopilot.

Three stages of the work

Awareness

Create awareness — content, social, SEO, media that puts you in market.

Consideration

Generate consideration — signals, scoring, sequences that earn attention.

Engagement

Drive engagement — replies, webinars, handoffs, and CRM write-back.

What Rufus is not

Not a CRM. Systems of record stay yours under BYOL.

Not a silent sender. Approval gates are default, not an add-on.

Not a rip-and-replace suite. Categories can be swapped; the control layer stays.

FAQ

What is Rufus?

Rufus is Vaitros’s GTM orchestrator. It sits on top of the CRM, mailer, prospecting, and social tools you already license, drafts the motion, and waits for your approval before anything reaches a buyer.

Can Rufus send or publish without me?

No. Human-in-the-loop is the default. Every email, social post, LinkedIn connect, and publish lands in an approval queue. You edit or reject before it ships — there is no silent autopilot.

Do I have to replace my CRM or mailer?

No. Bring-your-own-license (BYOL) is the model for systems of record. Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Instantly, Smartlead, Brevo, and similar by job — not by ripping out your stack.

What does Live vs Beta vs Soon mean?

Live capabilities are available in production workspaces today. Beta ships with a narrower surface and may change quickly. Soon is on the roadmap and not yet callable from your workspace.

Where does customer data live?

Your CRM and mailer stay the systems of record. Rufus holds playbooks, approval history, and what worked — not a shadow copy of your entire contact database. Connections use OAuth or scoped keys you can revoke.
