Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site or product, we may process:

• Account details (name, username, email, mobile number, authenticator enrollment).
• Workspace content you or Rufus store (contacts, drafts, approvals, configuration, connected-tool metadata).
• Technical logs (IP, timestamps, security events) needed to run and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide Rufus, authenticate you, send service messages (including email and SMS one-time codes), bill the workspace, improve reliability, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging and third parties

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers collected for Vaitros login verification are used only to send transactional account texts (verification and recovery codes). We do not share that opt-in or those numbers with advertisers or data brokers. Our SMS vendor processes the message in order to deliver it. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.

Processors

We use infrastructure and communications vendors (hosting, email, SMS) solely to operate the service. Buyer-facing outreach uses tools you connect (your CRM, mailer, and similar) under your own accounts.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while the workspace is active and as needed for security, billing, and legal requirements. Demo workspaces, when offered, follow a stated inactivity wipe.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing hello@vaitros.com. STOP on SMS is described in the Terms.
