Approval gates
Nothing leaves without a human. Email, social publish, LinkedIn connect, and other outbound touches land in an approval queue. You can edit, reject, or pause. New workspaces start in a safe practice mode — there is no silent autopilot.
Least-privilege keys & OAuth
Rufus asks for the scopes needed for the job you enable — CRM read/write where configured, send API keys for your provider, social tokens for networks you connect. You can revoke credentials from the product; we log credential updates in the audit trail.
Audit log and pause switch
Material actions — sends, approvals, config changes, credential updates, channel pause/resume — are recorded for the workspace. A pause switch halts outbound when you need everything stopped at once.
Where customer data lives
Workspace data is stored in your Vaitros tenant database with encryption in transit (TLS). Demo workspaces, when offered, follow a documented retention and adopt path. We do not invent residency certifications we have not completed.

SOC 2 and HIPAA are on the roadmap. We will update this page when those controls are evidenceable — not before.
